We want your order from FREJRA to be delivered safely, smoothly and with care.

Below you will find information about our delivery times, shipping options and order processing.

All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after the order has been confirmed.

During periods of high load, launches or campaigns, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed only on weekdays, excluding holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the purchase is made.

We sometimes offer free shipping during special promotions or over a certain order value.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

If you have not received your delivery email within a few days of ordering, please contact us.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering.

FREJRA is not responsible for delays or lost shipments that occur due to incorrectly entered address information.

Packages that are not picked up and returned to us may incur return shipping and handling fees.

For international orders, local customs duties, VAT or import fees may apply depending on the country's regulations.

These costs are paid by the customer.

In some cases, deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
